Pakistan Bait Ul Mal Scholarship 2025 For Main Campus and sub Campuses (Hunza, Ghizer and Diamer)

Scholarship Announcement It is hereby notified that Karakoram International University and the Pakistan Bait ul Mal Government of Pakistan have signed an MoU to provide scholarships for needy cum talented students of KIU Main Campus and Sub-Campuses (Hunza, Ghizer and Diamer). Eligibility Criteria 1. Applicants must be active students of KIU. 2. Students involved in any inquiry cases are not eligible. 3. Students cannot apply for the Topper Refund of the same semester in which they apply for this scholarship. 4. Any student already availing a full-program scholarship is not eligible. 5. Applicants must submit a legal binding statement confirming the above-mentioned conditions. 6. Students involved in sectarian, political or agitation activities against KIU are not eligible. 7. This scholarship is only for Undergraduate students. 8. Students whose parents are government employees are not eligible for this scholarship. Required Documents Applicants must attach attested copies of the following documents: • SSC, HSSC, and BA/BSc mark sheets & last semester DMC • Utility bills (kitchen, gas, water, and electricity) for the last three months (March, April, and May 2025) • Fee paid receipts of siblings (if applicable) • CNIC of student and father/guardian • Father’s/guardian’s income proof as per category below: o Pensioner: Pension book or bank statement o Unemployed: Income certificate issued by a Class 1 Magistrate (not by Naib Tehsildar) o Private employment: Employer’s pay slip/ bank statement • Medical bills with doctor’s prescription (if applicable) • The income certificate will be sent to the concerned AC/Tehsildar office for verification later on. If any certificate is found to be fake, strict action will be taken against the student including blacklisting for all scholarships.
